Foaming Shark Party - Terms and Conditions At Foaming Shark Party, we strive to deliver unforgettable foam party experiences while understanding that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policies below: Cancellation Policy Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your scheduled party date.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund. However, you may reschedule your party to a later date at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Rescheduling your party is permitted once. After the initial reschedule, cancellations are no longer accepted, but additional rescheduling may be arranged if needed. Weather Policy Our foam parties are rain or shine, and we will do our best to host your event regardless of weather conditions.

In the case of a major weather event (such as thunderstorms, hurricanes, or extreme winds), we will work closely with you to reschedule your party at a mutually convenient time.

For minor weather concerns or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. Travel and Mileage Fees Our service area covers most of South New Jersey. For locations beyond our standard radius, a travel fee will apply.

A fee of $2 per mile will be charged for locations exceeding 20 miles from our base in Millville, NJ 08332.

The maximum mileage fee is capped at $150, ensuring travel costs remain manageable for events held at a reasonable distance from our base. Additional Information A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit amount and payment details will be provided at booking.

The final balance is due 3 days prior to the event date.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email or contact form.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances, and we will notify customers promptly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to ensure a fun, safe, and memorable foam party experience for you and your guests.
