Cancellation and Refund Policy – Foaming Shark Party
At Foaming Shark Party, we appreciate your business and are committed to providing clear and transparent policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling. Please read the following carefully:
Rescheduling:
Clients may request to reschedule their party to a different date and time. Such requests will be accommodated at no additional cost, subject to availability. We understand circumstances can change and will do our best to work with you to find a suitable alternative date.
Cancellation and Refund:
In the event you need to cancel your reservation entirely, please be advised of the following:
- All payments made at the time of booking are non-refundable, except as specified below.
- If you choose to cancel your reservation, the deposit or booking fee paid will be forfeited.
- In cases where a partial refund is applicable, you will receive 50% of the total booking fee paid.
For example, if your total fee was $349, the refund will be $174.50.
Legal Notice:
This policy complies with applicable New Jersey laws governing consumer rights and service agreements. Cancellations result in the forfeiture of the paid deposit or booking fee, and refunds are issued solely as described herein. This policy is intended to balance fairness to clients with our ability to manage scheduling efficiently.
Rationale:
Reservations are scheduled exclusively for your specified time, which prevents other clients from booking during that period. Cancellation of a reservation impacts our scheduling and availability. The 50% refund helps offset potential opportunity costs associated with holding your reserved slot.

To reserve your foam party, please submit a booking request by clicking the BOOK NOW button below.
or by calling/texting us at 856-390-3390. Once we receive your request, we will confirm the availability of your selected date within 24 hours. If the date is available, we will send you a link to pay the reservation fee to secure your booking.
The deposit fee is required to hold your date and is non-refundable. However, in case of inclement weather or other unavoidable circumstances, the reservation fee can be applied toward a new foam party date within 1 year of the original booking.
The remaining balance for the event is due 3 days prior to the scheduled foam party date. Please plan accordingly to ensure timely payment and smooth preparation for your event.

We kindly ask for your attention to our weather-related policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable Foam Party experience with Foaming Shark Party. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines:
Pre-Event Weather Check:
You have a 2-hour window before your scheduled start time to assess weather conditions and inform us of any concerns or preferences. We offer the option to postpone or reschedule due to adverse weather at no additional cost.
Rain During Setup or En Route:
If our team arrives or is en route to your location and encounters rain upon arrival, we will wait for 30 minutes to evaluate the situation. If the rain continues and a rescheduling is necessary, a $100 fee will apply, plus any travel fees if your event location is outside our usual area (which will be deducted from your online payment). The remaining balance will be credited toward your next Foam Party.
Rain After Setup:
If rain begins after we have completed setup and have been running foam for up to 29 minutes, we will wait an additional 30 minutes. If the rain persists, a $150 fee will be charged, plus any applicable travel fees (deducted from your online payment), with the remaining balance credited toward rescheduling for a different date.
Rain During Foam Activity:
If rain starts after we have been actively generating foam for more than 30 minutes, we will wait for another 30 minutes. Should the rain continue beyond this period, we will need to conclude the event. Unfortunately, no refunds are available, but we will offer a $50 discount on your next Foam Party.
Please note that our schedule is carefully coordinated, with back-to-back bookings, travel time, setup, cleanup, and contingency for weather delays. We cannot wait longer than 30 minutes for a rain delay, as we must arrive on time for our subsequent parties. Rain at your location may not reflect weather conditions at other locations, so we must leave promptly to stay on schedule.
We appreciate your understanding. For light rain (such as sprinkle or mist), the party will proceed unless lightning or severe weather is present.

Absolutely! At Foaming Shark Party, we use biodegradable, hypoallergenic, and dye-free foam that is safe for babies, pets, and the environment. Our events are not only a blast, but everyone can enjoy them with complete peace of mind. You can rest assured that our foam is safe for all guests, providing a fun, environmentally friendly, and allergy-friendly experience. Now that’s what we call “Having a Jaw-some Day!”

From high-energy Jaw-some foam parties to Glow UV foam and Color foam experiences, we bring unforgettable fun to Cumberland, Atlantic, and neighboring counties, including Cape May, Gloucester, Salem, Camden, Burlington, Essex, Bergen, Hudson, Mercer, and more.
Travel fees may apply for events located more than 20 miles from our base location. Planning something larger or outside our typical radius? Just ask—we’re happy to explore options to make your event truly epic.
Our colored foam is non-toxic and non-staining. We highly recommend rinsing the foam party area afterward to remove all the color. It’s also a good idea to rinse yourself and wash up after the event. Trust us—you won’t turn into a Smurf!
Make sure you have a spacious, flat outdoor area that is clear of holes, obstructions, and pet droppings. If you have ant problems, spray for them a few days in advance. Additionally, we will need access to a water source and a grounded 3-prong outlet within 100 feet.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting wet. Many guests choose to wear bathing suits, but a t-shirt and shorts also work perfectly. Our events are centered around fun and getting messy, so dress in a way that allows you to fully enjoy the experience. We provide foam and occasionally a Shark appearance, so be prepared to get wet and have an exciting, memorable time!
We provide all the essentials for your foam party—except the water—including a sound system and a commercial-grade Foam Cannon. (Duunnn Dunnn!)
We connect to your water source and electrical outlet, bringing over 100 feet of hose and extension cords to ensure everything runs smoothly.
You and your guests can enjoy a blast of fun in the foam.
After the party, we handle all the cleaning and packing up. The foam naturally dissipates within an hour or less after we leave, leaving you with a hassle-free experience.
We are able to host foam parties on grass, turf, or pavement surfaces. However, please note that pools are not permitted.
